I know Honda built the 450R to compete with the YFZ450 specifically for the track (Mx racing). I would like to know if anyone that has or has had experience in motocross racing that purchased a 450R and currently has one in there posession, could tell me if the 450R will be competitive on the track? I have a feeling it will come down to the rider's experience on who comes out ahead, but to compare apples to apples, which quad is best suited for the track (power & handling) in stock trim.

well tim the thing is it is going to come down to rider when it comes to racing. Alot of people might try flaming this topic but it really does. It really doesent matter if you ride a honda a yamaha, a suzuki or its clones the point is if your fast on a bike that is set up for you corectlly and to your riding style you can win races. Built to built the atvs are all so close that that is what it comes down to. A buddy of mine won that season championship in ne on a ds650, if that doesent go to show you then I dont know what does. Not that the ds is a bad bike but he has one f the firs years and its been ridden.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
