I have a Honda CR500 dirt bike motor installed in my quad. When I am racing up Sand Mountain about half way up the hill my choke lever pops up into full choke and needless to say the motor chokes. I dont know what is causing it havent been able to figure it out. I have to wire tie it down to prevent it from popping up. I hate racing someone up the hill and having the choke come on and I have to turn around and cant finish the race. the carb is pretty much the same as the 250r (a keihin). IF anyone has had this problem or knows what might cause it let me know
