Default Tires, Rims, Confused?

My stock polaris 330 mag came with 24x11x12 rear and 24x8x12 front. I want to go to 25 " tires could I go 25x11x12 rear and 25x8x12 front. or even 25 x10x12 rear. Will I have clearence promblems or power promblems with this step up? What does anyone recommend for a good all terrain tire?

Ok,,,well first of all tires measure like this..the first number is total tire diameter...the second is the width of the tire...and third is the rim size...so the tires you mentioned should be ok because the rim size is alright...You just have to do some extra measuring for the 25inch total tire diameter.. make sure your fenders exhaust.etc..are not going to get in the way if you move up that extra inch.. as for a good tire...hard to tell ya...depends on what kindof of riding you mostly do....rocks,,,trail,,,mud...but if you specify your needs a little bit or what your looking at now I'm sure people will send you info...but thats all I have for ya..good luck on your tires

My driving is 33% mud (1-5 inch deep), 33% Snow 10-16 inch deep and 33% trails.

Ok, That 1% is ramp, meaning on and off the truck. Sometimes that seems like 99%

I imagine you could run 25" Mudlites or 489XT's - both great tires.
