Default Clear fuel lines?

I am considering getting clear fule line because its smaller the the stock black stuff. The reason is the Lectron has the fule inlet VERY close to the body and makes it a pain to install. Are there any down sides to clear? I dont care if it discollers I just want to make sure its OK.. I WILL get FUEL line not just a clear tube.

I use the blue transparent fuel line and it work fine. After a while it forms to the inlet and has to be split to take off but no problems with it.

Be sure you use the hose that is designed for fuel. The other stuff will deteriorate on you sooner or later.

Default Clear fuel lines?

At a local hardeware store I found some very cool flexable yet storng YELLOW tinted fuel line. Its not orange or bronze its school bus yellow.. Its pretty cool....

NEXT question, does anyone make quick inline disconnects? Other wise I will put extra in and cut off an inch each time it needs to come off.

I have that Yellow stuff for a gas cap vent and I used to use it as fuel line. It started turning hard and brown so I took it off. I don't know if it was because of the alky or not, but better safe yada yada.... The stuff I have still on my gas cap vent has some sticky residue around the end of it.
