Right now it is below zero by us. I just put in my 160 jet. Thats the biggest i have. Will i be ok to ride in a few days if it doesnt warm up much?

 

Im running a 170 main in my pred and it is about 2 here and it runs like a raped ape.

 

Your jetting should be fine for cold temperatures. I run my sled (SXViper) at home in 20-30 degree temps. We also ride in northern Ontario in temps as cold as -45 F. Dealer said no changes are needed. Have ridden 4500 hard miles with no problems, plugs look excellent, compression still good.

 

Kewl. I just started her up for a while and it was fine, though it did die twice in under 10 min. Well, aslong as it doesnt die when its warmed up well i am fine. thanks for thr help

 

Alot of new sleds like my 03 rev 600ho compensates for temp and altitude automatically through a computer(DPEM)
