Its about a 10%-20% of a horespower increase from the horsepower already have, and it should be reliable, just depends on who does your port and polish that is. Dont give it to someone who doesnt know what they are doing.

 

Depending on your motor mod's and jetting, you can expect a 10-20% overall horsepower gain. That is with the correct port and polish done by someone that know's they are doing. Yes it's reliable as long as you get someone who know's what they are doing. You can actually rob power if you get a dremal mouse and do it wrong trying to do it yourself.
