Did I get hosed???

I just bought a 94 400 4x4 Polaris and I am wondering if I got a good deal? Machine info- body/plastic good shape, fairly good service record, 2400miles, Polaris plow, 2000lb warn winch, tires 50%, runs good - paid $4400 cdn ($3400usd)
Is 2400 miles a lot of miles for a 94?
Thanks

I wondered the same thing back in the fall of 2002 when I bought a 99 335 SP for $6000 Cnd with 690 miles on it. It had winch, front bumper, storage bag for the back, rack extenders, and windshield. I am happy with my purchase and have stopped wondering.

Thats not to bad of a price, alot the times when you are looking for a used quad is the availbility in your area, somebody might of got a better deal in Anchorage but that is because of the huge amount of used bikes the are for sale and the price will be alot less then another area were there is not many for sale. If it feels good then don't worry about it and besides you already bought so stop worrying and go enjoy it.AlaskaBoy.

this bike was flawless when i got it,never been abused, and i agree with the others if u are happy with the condition of the machine then dont worry about being hozed or not,it also helps to know a little about the bike b4 u get it,mine was ridden by a woman who only used it to go get the mail(so she says)but other than that it seemed more like a show bike
sorry about to blabbing but if you are happy with your purchase then dont worry about gettin hozed or not,it seemed like a good deal for you and have fun riding

In my area that would seem pretty fair. I'd likely pay that for it if it were in good shape and I knew some history on it. In these parts our "Photo Ad" or "Trade Express" throw away classifieds are full of quads, sometimes pages full because I live 5 minutes from Pismo/Oceano Dunes. Our classifieds come out on Thursday morning. When a Utilty quad hits the paper, it's pretty much sold by noon that day unless it's really overpriced or super thrashed. I've been looking for years for just the right one...I finally had to buy new!
