Whether you paid too much or not is hard to say without seeing the quad, but it sounds a bit pricy to me. I looked for close to six months before I picked up my Foreman, there is a lot of junk out there. I was lucky, an old guy (61) traded it in on Friday morning, and I bought it Friday afternoon, it never had a chance to cool off. Anyway, mine was $3600 Cdn with plow, windshield, heated grips and thumbwarmer, and as far as I can tell (no odometer), has almost no miles on it. Did I get a good deal? I think so, since I'm really happy with the machine, and that's what matters in the end... if you're happy with it, then consider the difference in price between a new 400 and what you paid, and laugh all the way to the bank.

 

Hozed, I checked with Jim "The Hammer" Shapiro and you have no legal case at all, although he said if I ran into you he could proubable get a couple of million which your cut would be $12.83 cnd. I usually go to Maine every summer for family reunion maybe I cold bump into you and give you your cut.
