I adjusted the mechanical foot brake and it still seems to drag. Do you think there is a blockage in a brake line? I replaced all o-rings and piston so I cannot think of an advantage of the new caliper over what I rebuilt? I really am pissed at the machine! 7 years and no problems and now I am having hell fixing something as simple as brakes!

How do you know when it is time for a piston and rings?

My machine is not idling very well and will die when left at idle?
