Does any one know where I can get a preprinted--legal type-- form, To give a land owner that I can sign to release him of liability?

Call around your local stationary stores or Office Depot in your city and ask if they carry the "Stevens-Ness" legal forms. We carry them at my day job, but they are different for every state.

How old are you? If you are under the age of majority, you can't sign anything.

Just so you know in most states those are not worth the paper it's wrote on. it will not release the land owner of liability.

In the state of Kansas that piece of paper is worthless. I own some land and let a few people ride on it, I called my attorney about liability and he said your SOL if they want to sue they may or may not win but it’s going to cost you (me) thousands in attorney fees.

Same thing in Arkansas. I have a buddy that owns a small track and his attorney told him the same thing.
