You need 3 things to run....spark, fuel and compression. Sounds like you got fuel and compression, all thats left is spark. Next time it dies, have a spare spark plug ready, then unplug the spark plug wire, plug it into the spare plug, hold it to the motor, and kick it over, and check for spark. This should head you in the right direction. Let us know what you find.

I know you said you have fuel... but it sound fuel related. Is the vent on the carb plugged? Vent in gas tank? gas Hose pinched? Float level too low?
Tank low on gas? Old gas?Water in gas? Fuel petcock partially blocked?
Any other symtoms before it dies? Backfiring?
If you pull the choke on, as it dies, will that keep it going?
keep trying, youll get it going.

Ya TRI-Z's have a fuel pump. Make sure it is working properly, and also keep the gas cap open while troubleshooting so to rule out clogged air vent on the tank. Also make sure you dont have any air leaks in your intake(piece between carb and head) make sure the BOOST BOOTLE isnt cranked and lettign air in.

bigger.
