Will it fit perfect? No grinding or anything nessacery?

For future reference - the 2001 raptor shock fits without any modification. The bushings are even the correct width. You'll need to locate the resivor (it wont reach the Raptors res mount well) near the frame (by the 350 sticker) with a couple hose clamps.

Hold out for a stock Raptor one. You'll find them MUCH cheaper than an aftermarket.
