Me...Don't do it...I mainly ride trails and thought it might help....but I wouldve been better off with like a 15 tooth actually...takes the top speed down alot down alot..

oh and I couldn't even noticed any difference in torque...just to show you how much of top speed it took off..my friends bayou can stay with me going along side train tracks for like 2 miles...yeah that bad...when hes on his raptor....i cant even see him...(have to ride along side them to get to a riding spot ) Even if I had my thirteen tooth front...I was still alot faster top speed and couldn't tell a difference on bottom end

On a Warrior you will loose about 5mph per tooth going down in the front.

On loose dirt my Warrior actually gained speed over stock because it was able to turn so much easier. The highest speed I've posted though was with stock gears, topped on hardpack with a slight downhill at 110km/h (68mph). Best I've gotten with my 15/40 gearing was 107km/h. Trail riding is much easier with the 15/40, but not so much fun on hills. 1st and 2nd are ok, but 3rd just bogs .. whereas with my 12/42 setup i can climb in 3rd easily.

I hit over 95km/h with the 12/42 and that's much faster than I usually get to ride .. cruzing trails I"m usually around 60km/h or so ...
