NYROC muffler mod to after market pipe???
#2
i did the nyroc mod and rode that way for a couple of weeks....it did seem to help a lil....sounded a lil better....maybe pulled the fronts up a lil easier.....and did'nt require rejetting.
that said........i now have an hmf slip on......lovvin it.....its lighter......sounds awesome.....a lil loud....but deep...not the barky metallic sound like fmf's and supertrapp's......did require rejetting 142f-145r but was worth every bit of it...
if quiet is a big concern, go with the nyroc mod.....or maybe a quiet core in an hmf.....hope this helps?!

grnbomb just wondering what elevation you live at since I bassicaly have the same mods and have a hmf slip on on the way. I noticed you wwent 142/145 jets but hmf recomends 142/143 ,I had thought there recomendation was a bit lean
