Default Good ride....Great stress relief

Had a great ride Wednesday. It got up to almost 50 so I took off. I guess I rode about 3 hrs. Things were weighing on my mind quite a bit the last few days and all it took was a few hrs in the hills to forget about my troubles. I just can't wait till it gets warm enough to get back to ridin' more often. When things get heavy take a ride, even by yourself, It sure makes things seem not as bad.

Isn't that great. I could leave my house and forget about everything. It's fantastic stress management.

This is exactly why I ride............

Its the only time in my life that I think of nothing else but having a good time. Nothing else in the world like it.

There isn't any better way to relieve stress then flying 6th gear pinned a big flat area......feels so good...and relieves your mind of everything....you just feel free.

We've got nothing but sunny weather ahead. Mostly in the high 30's to high 40's for the next 6 or 7 days. But with work I'll only get to ride on the weekend, and Valentines Day screw's that up for me tomorrow. So I'm going to shoot for Sunday.
