Default Right paddles for a 686 Raptor?

I am having problems deciding which paddles to buy. I am looking at some Sand Skate 2's in 20x11x8 or some Skat-trak Extreme haulers in 21x12x8 or 20x11x9, and last but not least some Skat-Trak Edges in 21x12x8 or 20x11x9. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

The sand skate 2s and the ITP sand stars are a good all around paddle and do alright drag racing but for drags 22x11x8 extremes are the way to go.
Alot has to do with the sand and what kind of riding.

I had skate 2's. After I rode them till they were crap, I bought me some of the new ITP sand stars. And my god, I was amazed at the performance of these tires. They are great for racing, turning, average climber, anything you want, IMO the best sand tire out there.

Thanks for the quick response guys!!!!!!!! I want a good all around tire, not just for drags, so I'll probably go with some Sand Stars for now!

I love my skat trak haulers! I have 20x12x9 I wouldnt go anything below 9 paddles if I were you, you don't get much traction. I'm lookin into getting some 10 paddle skat trak ultra lites, with those I gain about 1-2 quad lengths in a drag...very helpful!! Most people say that the haulers don't do well on trails but I disagree, I've never had any probs with them in the turning catagory. I've always thought of V type paddles as being a waste of money because of the lack of traction and straight line use. They do turn a little easier but not enough to go from using haulers.

I haven't heard anything bad about the Sand Star's. They seem to be good.

i had some skat trak 10 paddle hauler ultra lites, i just sold them on ebay cuz i neded money. well those babies had awsome traction goin up hills i had tried with my ss2 previously and would just would sink at halfway. those also shoot sand up high, greeat for roosting friends! turning is not that great, more for drag or goin up hills. sand skate 2's are great to fool around! i havent tried the others like geckos but my friend said those sink too much. This Is just My opinion.

I have the Sand Skate II's....whatever you do get the 22 inchers....I don't know why but on starts a Rapter tends to dig more then other quads(weight, shortness, whatever) , the 22's will help!!!
