Default need more power

Stock 01 50cc lem wheeler. Has no ballsat all. my 60 lb daughter cant stop on ANY incline at all and take off again. No exh restrictions. Can she bounce it to get it going? Like when go karts race and they hop so the wheels can spin a bit? Sorry this isn't more helpful.

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]She can bounce and get it to move some times but not always. Not shre if its a restriction I cant find or a clutch problem or a gear problem for her weight. NEED HELP!!!!!
