artcic cat front suspensiion trouble shooting
#1
I was checking over my Arctic cat for the upcoming season.i found a rip in the outer right cv boot(no problem). However the right half shaft seems very sloppy and loose where it connects to the front 4x4 housing.the left side seems much tighter when compared.
( right and left when sitting on the quad).
If ths turns out to be a half shaft,is there any adantage to buying online from the U.S.?
the price in Canada is $372.00 Canadian. in the U.S. 251.00 USD
Could ths possibly be just a bearing probelm?
thanx in advance for any advice

I wonder if dirt etc got in there from the torn boot and caused it to wear. I would buy it from your dealer but it may just be a bearing. Take a peak at these sites for a diagram and how to help.

thank you for the response.the looseness in the halfshaft is the cv boot that is not ripped.it is where the half shaft connects to the
front 4x4 housing.
