2005 650 Traxter Max XT Front Drive Shaft Question
I have a 2005 Traxter Max XT CVT with Visco Lok. What I have noticed is that there is slop/play in the rear of the front drive shaft. However, if I put it in neutral and roll it forward the shaft tightens up and has no slop/play. When it does have slop/play in it I can almost pull the shaft forward enough at the boot to almost un-spline it. Is this normal? If not what is the procedure to remove the shaft and what should I be expecting to be the problem? This ATV only has 1100 miles on it and doesn't get ridden hard.
