Default Vibration

I had my LT250R out last night in the snow, and slush, and it ran fine. I parked it for about two-three hours in a heated shed, and then went out and started it and it would vibrate on and off. It would run fine, but the vibrate would go on and off faster as i revved up the engine. I let it dry out last night and tryed it this morning and it still does the same thing. I dont think it is the counter-balencer, because then it would vibrate all the time. What do i look for??? THANKS

Could there be water in the spark plug cap, and its shorting out the plug? Sounds like its running rich, choke on? air filter dirty or plugged? Hows the spark plug look?

spark plug looks fine. choke isnt on, and not running rich. The actuall engine runs fine. but it vibrates on and off. like something is rubbing, or the piston rings maybe vibrating on and off, i dont know
