I have a honda 90 that is getting a good spark (pull start), but seems it is not even trying to start. like getting no gas, but gas is getting to the carb. any suggestions?

 

Could be something as simple as old gas. If its more than 2 months old, and didnt have a stabil product in it, then drain the tank and use fresh gas.
3 things are needed, for an engine to start, Fuel, spark(at the correct time too), and compression.
How long has the machine sat, since it was started last? How was the spark? weak or strong?
