I have a Yamaha Big Bear 400, and let me just say that I love yamaha and hope to get this resolved. 1st problem is it won't idle, carbs have been cleaned, and I have a fuel filter on it. The problem is the choke cable. If I move the handlebars one way, it'll just cut off because the choke cable moves. I will turn it on, and it will immediately shut off because it is moving.?? 2nd problem is, it's smoking when I start it up, but when I put it in gear and start to ride around it will stop rather quickly. I use 20w 50 Yamalube, but think maybe it's low right now. Hoping that putting the right amount in will stop the smoking. Hopefully it is not valve seals.

I have a big bear 400 ran well never had issue then one day was riding turned it off went to start it back up and CDI BOX started smoking. I then replaced it, stator, coil, handle start, and solenoid, charging box ...now it still won't start and no fire to my plug... PLEASE HELP. Don't wanna keep buying parts if I s something else or simple fix without buying a part like wire or something.
