Default 2 problems: Winch and 4x4

1st: My winch is making a "worn out bearing" sound or a disgusting worn out roar sound when I wheel it in and out. What can i do about this? Warn A2000 on a 99' sportsman

2nd: My 4x4 wheel steer me left or right extremely hard when it is off sometimes. i put it in reverse for a second and it will quit. I replaced the hub fluid about 6 months ago and put the Mobil 1 ATF in there at about 4 o'clock. I DON'T use the 4 wheeler but about 1 a week and use the 4x4 every now and again-if that makes a difference. thanks in advance to ALL. PB500

they do stick some times,
it is kina anoying but not a harmful thing, they just do.
In the manual they tell you to just put in in reverse and go a bit, and then usaluly it slids out.

Your winch problem may be the end housing is starting to strip, without taking it apart it is going to be hard to diagnose your trouble. Unfortunately the Warn winches use a plastic end cap which is part of gear setup in the winch, and is usually the weakest part of the winch. The end housing is replaceable from any Warn dealer - usually around $35??

On the Hub problem, try changing the fluids again, this may help. This problem you are experiencing has been posted many times on here - with not one sure fire solution. I personally have changed out just about every part of the Hillard clutch system on an '01 SP500 HO, and still have the problem.
