Its realy hard to compare, Size and weight of the rider are big variables
also your 95 is kind of a dated machine.
Your 4x4 bike is chain drive up front and a lot of power is lost
You may be better off converting it to 2wd depending on your riding style and area.
Just to give you an Idea a stock 400 Scrambler will hang nicely with a stock honda 400EX
