I picked up my DS 650 today from AC.Racing they used it for a prototype to manufacture front to rear skid plates, bumpers, six pack racks, nerfs and more. The qualty and finish is the best I have seen. The parts are available in a polished version or regular finish. If anyone is interested their phone # is [562] 945 2591

Bearman, is this the same AC Racing that's at www.onoffroad.com? If so looks like they have a fairly large web page.

I agree. I'm hoping someone makes nerfs that allow the removal of the black foot protector behind the pegs. Obviously it would need to address the rear fender mount situation. I believe it would offer a nice racer/ custom look and prevent cracking at the rear fender- black foot protector connection point.
Maybe AC Propegs will do the trick?
The aftermarket segment is really coming alive.

To Solve the foot-peg scenario, I took a new Razor-blade and cut a chunk out on each side and then sanded it so it looks stock. This worked great and the best part was it was free.

Good-Luck!
