There are two completely different variations of the ATC125...The '84-'85 125M and the '86-'87125M.

Very few parts are shared between these two models.
The '84-'85 models used a horitzonal engine similar in design to the ATC110, but shares no internal engine parts with it.
The '86-'87 125 models use a vertical design engine that looks alot like a ATC200 engine, but again, shares no parts.

The '84-'85 models are 124cc, OHC, 4 Spd auto clutch trans with a dual range subtransmission. Electric and recoil start. No reverse gear.
The '86-'87 models are 124cc, OHC, 5 Spd auto clutch trans with Reverse. Electric and Recoil start. It also had front brakes.
