Yes the 2000 400 2x4 only had the hood headlight and low beam only, just like trailblazer.
The 2000 400 4x4 had the handlebar headlights with high and low beam.
In 2001 All(400, 500, 4x4,4x2) were equiped with handlebar headlights with high and low beam.
The 2000 400 4x4 had the handlebar headlights with high and low beam.
