I have a LT250R 88', it is moded, and i was wondering if it would be fair to trade for a 250ex. my lt250 is in good condition, and very fast. either trade for 250ex, or 300ex. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

It might be a good idea to look on Ebay and see what a similar quad like yours went for. If you click on Search, then click on Advanced Search you can type in LT250R and see what some of them have closed for.
You might be better off listing it locally and seeing what you can get for it or for trade. You may not get a decent shape 250ex or 300ex for yours, depending if you find the right buyer.

 

I think that u could sell urs for enough to buy a 300ex. I i had a choice i would pick the 300ex so much better quad than the 250ex.

yes... but in this case i would hold on to that LT250R. If its in good condition its rare (at least around here) and you will only be trading down if you are going to a 250ex or 300ex. But of those 2, the 300 is far superior. 250ex is a waste of time for you at this point.

why not look into something like a z400?
