Where does everyone shop for sand tires?

Default Where does everyone shop for sand tires?

the only place i have had experience with ordering tires, was my local shops (SUPER high priced of course) and rocky mountain (i like how they sell mounted sets so that i dont have to pay to have them mounted....[althought i did hear that some walmarts do it for a few bucks]

where does everyone get sand tires from? I know a lot of you guys located near dunes have big dune shops that actually carry tires, but unfortunately the only dunes semi-close to hear is silver lake, and they wanted like 350 bucks for a pair of mounted standard haulers....

what i would like to get is a pair of Hauler Extremes in size of 22-(11/12)-10 (would probably want them on douglas black or red labels)

do any of your local shops also sell online? im looking for the best price (im already having a hard enough time justifying 300 bucks on tires!)

i can get 21-11-8's extreme 9 paddles off rocky for 270 shipped....but im told the 8's wont fit on DS hubs without machine work.

if i cant find anything online soon, ill probably end up getting sand stars, but i would rather get the haulers for ultimate hook-up!

I got 22" 8 paddle haulers and GBC Dune Trackers mounted for $225 including shipping on ebay....

ya im always watching ebay...but rarely see paddles for the DS...

ya, too bad rocky dosnt have the hauler extremes on a 9 or 10 in rim [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

with the way hauler makes there tires now you don't need extremes the regular ones are just fine and if i was you to save on clutch wear think about 8 or 9s because i wanting to swap my 10s for some eights

are you talking about rim size, or number of paddles? i was talking about rim size.... but wanted the haulers in a 9 paddle

TIRE SIZE IS what i was talking about i would order if i had to do it again


22X11X9 9 paddle hauler or a 22x11x10 8 or 9 paddle hauler



Just my expierence with the tires
