Hey guys i am new to the fourm and I have a few questions. I am very familiar with ATV's as i have a 2000 AC 250 2x4, 99 Polaris Sport 400, 87 LT 230 QuadSport. Now my question to everyone is does anyone know of a good power increasing silencer or full exhuast that will bolt right up to the 250. I am looking to gain somemore power as I trail ride a lot and I have seen many people with performance stuff on 250's but can't find any application that specifies the 250. Any help or other hop ups would be great.

Best hop up for a 250 4 stroke is a new machine with a 500 or bigger engine. You can do a lot with a 250 2 stroke, but the 4 strokes don't have that much to give. You'll gain some, but not enough to appreciate, and possible lose reliability.

THing is the AC 250 is got awesome power as it is. And I know what you are sayin as to somethin bigger but i alrdy got a 400 2 stroke. Workin on gettin my ac up cause i trail ride alot and i don't want ot buy another utility. I am gona be gettin either a DVX or YFZ 450 depending on which i can afford in a month or two. But right now I have seen exhuasts on the ac 250 and it gains considerable power but i just can't find anyone who know what I need. I am considering lifting the 250 and I alrdy have alrdy found the entire k&n power kit for it and rode another with it in it and it does some major improvments. I know this engine can be tweaked a bit but i just need to know like exhuast mostly. and Weisco has a piston kit for it from what I am told so i may look into that if it exists even though i have never seen it myself.
