i found out what was causing the oil to get into the airbox from the crankcase breather. It was too full of oil. You really have to go by the manual on how to check the oil level. Drained out all of the oil and started from scratch. I found the best way is to let the engine run for 5 minutes, then let it set for 1 minute and recheck. Hope this might help someone who has the same problem.
