Compression test-new hose blew up at 210 ???

Compression test-new hose blew up at 210 ???
As I was bumping the ole' 650 over checking compression, I got to 180,200,210, and BOOM !!!
My brand new hose had blown wide open, guess that means I'm good to go ?
