I really like these tires,... how would they perform for mx?

 

I ran the fronts all last season and loved them, but they did seem to work better in the softer stuff. they push a little on hard packed, could just be my setup?

I switched to Razr MX's about mid to late in the season last year and thought they they done pretty good. I really prefer Holeshot MX's but they wear out to FAST!!!

 

I like my razors. I suspect the pushing problem to be normal for the razor front. I'm trying razor MX fronts. I don't think they will push at all. But for trail/road/sand I'll put my regular razor fronts back on. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

The Razr MX tires are pretty good. I believe they are made out of a harder compound rubber than tires like Turf Tamers or Holeshots. If I were to buy a set of rear MX tires right now, and was not worried about durability, I would go with the new Holeshot MXR tires.

Doug Gust makes them look good! Then again, he could win on any tires.

 

how many psi air do you run in them, the tire says max 35 psi , is that to hard?
