I think they use the Kodiak crank which has a longer rod but a weeker one.

I had a .450 cam, porting, Lectron 36mm flatslide carb with K&N and no air box, pipe, 10.25:1 piston, etc.. etc.. Even degreed the cam in. It definetly had more oopmh that stock. With a 15 tooth front sprocket and my 250lb self on it, it would flip over backwards in second if you didnt stop it, and it could bring it up in 3rd with a slight tug or sitting on the back of the seat. My butt dyno said ~27 hp which well short of albas claim of "nearly double" for their .450 cam kit which has most of the same stuff except a bit more compression and no porting/new carb. Bumping it up to 400ccs might get you almost to 30. See that Mickey Dunlap person who responded to you? PM him and ask him about motor work. Really though, a warrior with 1500 worth of motor work into it will still be slower than a 1500 dollar used banshee with bald tires.
