i have a decent pipe on my 95 scrammy 400 but the dealer told me that the silencer is junk that it is off a dirt bike lol so i ordered an hpd silencer my question is will the back pressure from this new silencer give me anymore top end or low end

I doubt you'll see much gain just adding the silencer. You will, however, see a gain in the sound (louder).

Add the headpipe, with the bigger expansion chamber, and it'll be night and day.

 

i have a pipe on it already the guy said it was rcr or hpd he couldnt remember and i never have checked it out but it is super loud
