Banshee wont start!! HELP!

Banshee wont start!! HELP!
My left plug choke side was always fouling so i removed the carb cleaned it all out and put it back now it wont run for ne thing, tried pumping the gas several times then kick nope, cant think of ne thing can someone help me!... e-mail me at buggypunk720@fuse.net or aim big15civic93....
