How to adjust the slide on banshee!!

How to adjust the slide on banshee!!
The choke side slide is stuck down. When i thumb the throttle the sldie does not more neither does the needle. But the right side moves all throught the throttle when u push it. Ne ideas...

How to adjust the slide on banshee!!
The cabel is connected. But the slide on the left cabe choke side isnt all the way down and the needle dosent move... The right one moves through the whole throttle.
