What do you guys think of this machine? I'm thinking of picking the wife up one. Not too sure about it yet. I haven't got the chance to ride one yet. How is the low end power? Climb hills good enough in stock form? I've heard it's pretty underpowered, but is it that bad in stock form?

How does it do against the Trail Boss 330? The Boss is ugly, IMO, but I do like the low end of a 4 stroke.

What do ya'll think? What's good, what's bad?

I have one and thank that its the best. I've had it now a year and ride it all the time. I've yet to have a problem. I've kept it in stock form and thank that it has more than enough power for the trails that I ride. I guess it just depends if you need to do 70mph through the woods. If thats the case then go with the scrammy. Thats my next one. But to start out with. The TB 250 has been a great machine.

I got one for my wife, and I like riding it. Yea, it's underpowered, but it's still a fun ride. After she gets the hang of it, you'll be trying to talk her into mods for it. As far as keeping up with the Boss, there's not a whole lot a difference in top speed. The Blazer is a lot quicker out of corners and on the take off, but you've got that bottom end grunt with the Boss. Overall it's a good, affordable and reliable quad.

The trailblazer hill climbs ok in stock form you have have to hit the steeper hills with some speed and use momentium (sp?) to get up them because it has poor low end power. the boss will go up the steeper hills better if traction is not a problem it has alot better low end but can't get up to speed as quick in a short distance as the 250.
My 250 has out hill climbed my friends boss a few times just because of speed and top end power on the loose stuff. The quads are very compairable to each other in performance IMO the 250 has more power to be unleashed with mods than a boos but the boss is a way way more comfortable riding quad. I would also say get the boss for the wife JMO

Oh by the way how do you think a boss would look if you took the front rack and bumper off. get a cool bumper for it and maybe use the front rack mounting points that will be left sticking up through the front fenders to mount some kind of cool lights to. maybe it would look more sporty.
