Sounds kind of fishy to me. The last time I saw a real street legal raptor it had 3 wheels. Supposedly that was the only way it could be made street legal. That and the other crap you have to do, blinkers, mirrors, license plate...

it needs a windshield if it has 4 wheels. It also would need the rest of the stuff listed above.
