Default INSTALLING AC SWINGARM SKIDPLATE HELP!

Ordered and received my new AC swingarm skidplate yesterday. went to install it... what a pain in the butt. i had to loosen the axle to get enough room to pull the bolts out of the stock skid. now, the axle doesn't want to go back in right. (it's a new durablue) the spline that the brake rotor is on doesn't want to go correctly into the carrier. i remember it was a pain to get it in when i put the durablue on, but does anyone have any words of advise or pictures or anything???? please let me know before i set my quad on fire. thanks.

Are you saying that the brake hub won't go on, or you can't get the axle into the carrier. I put a durabreak in mine a couple months ago and with grease eveything slid together easily.
