Ok this is kind of a long story... so il lget started... ok so here it goes. Ok my friend Travis came over today and i knew my dad was bringing my quad home.. ok my dad got home n we went riding in our normal spot.. n i decided to take him to the pool parking lot( VERY loose gravel) so his bro can take him home... ok so i took him there and he's like hey go do a few donuts so we go down i get out there did 2 donuts( 2nd gear about half throttle) did 2 FULL travis is standing next to his bros car about 10 ft behind where im doing it and i took off... n then i get home ( about 6) at about 6 30-7 o yea forgot to mention.. they have highschool soocer practice there ok well at 630 -7 10+ HS er's show up at my hosue b!tchn at me for hitting tones of cars and cars got dents and stuff in them and the FIRST thing they say was we got in trouble for tearing up the parking lot last week ok well they leave about an hour later the cops show up and take the report... we go to the parking lot and there r TONS i mean EVERY INCH was ripped up and and had ruts and gravel was EVERYWHERE... so we measured form where we THINK the couches"NEW(liek 10 yr old)" benx was parked and it was 125ft at the edge of the roost (which we barilly cuold find) so ne ideas .. o yea the coach is a cross dreser with aLOT of restraining orders... o yea.. and the coach said his car had rocks taht were IMBEDED into it... a black benzil ltry to get pics

 

well, if they have no physicall evidence(because a torn up parking lot is not ligitamate) they have no case, they can't convict you of anything. Look at it this way, someone is murdered, a witness sees a black van leaving the scene, you drive a black van, and live down the street. The cops come to you. There are no finger prints, dna, or anything else, you don't get falsely accused. The cops will have a real hard time matching tire tracks in gravel, say even if you did do it. If someone try's to take you to court, their gonna need some kinda witness, to say that you did it, a certain time. All you need is someone to say, no possible way, he was with me(allamony) You'll be alright kid, keep you head up, don't worry about soccer player, their not tough anyways(no offence to soccer players)[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

Hmm yup sometimes that **** can happen to anybody who just wants to have fun, but anyway the best thing is do next time don't go ripping ground around cars I know it just takes out the fun, but hey its worth it than getting into major trouble and no offense but please check your spelling and grammar so its eaisier to read and then people know what you mean eaisier than trying to fiqure out what you are saying

 

they all saw me do it i was there i aint gonna lie... my frined TRAVIS was there and stoood about 10 ft behind me.. the spray and donut was only 17 ft wide... and o yea.. the tracks u can BARILLY see ... and it looks like someone tried to screw up my tracks...

 

First off I would like to express my hate towards cops. I have been busted for everything, DUI, Poss of Control substance, so they follow me everywhere, but i have made a few friends with them. If you seriously think you didnt do the damage, deny it, and get a lawyer if they try to press charges. Ask them for some proof, not rocks embedded in cars, or gravel tore up, hell tell them that could have been the idiot down the street with the huge 35" super swampers on his 4x4 jeep. Deny it all, and ask for proof. As if you did do it, still deny it, it will be the same situation as before, just act like you dont know what the hell they are talking about. Also, dont ride there anymore, I know its fun to show out, but do it in a secluded place. You could always take up doing wheelies and endos, plus they are alot "cooler" then donuts [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Eithier way good luck and dont like the pigs ruin your fun.
