Default pistons

if i were to get new pistons would i have to get a new head for my banshee?

no, but u will want to get a bore job to make it work better

not always do u need a bore job unless u damage or blow it up. And the cylinder is where the piston moves in the sleeve but u wouldnt have to get new heads, just get them milled .010-.030 off for a clean not damaged surface.

another question is the size what size should i get you get from .30 to .80 over and whats the cost??
