Whats the best paint to use on plastic fenders?

none, I've tried Krylon Plastic Paint. And Krylon regular spray paint. Neither work. Both scratch off. Even with a lot of coats and lots of clear coat. I don't suggest it.

How about covering it up with the invisible bra that they put on cars,trucks?Anybody tried that before?
