Anyone have a spare set of +1mm valves laying around they want to get rid of or know of a place I could get some quick for a decent price? Which valve manufacturer is preferable...Kibblewhite or Ferrea?

 

There is a nice set of them on ebay right now.

 

Yeah, I saw them, but I bid $150 and I was still outbid. They have gone for $99 consistently so I hate to pay over $150. I need them, but I guess I could wait until the next auction.

 

Well craycraft wants 250 for a set from them, so you must be seeing some excellent deals somewhere.

 

Do bigger valves make much of a difference?

 

Yeah, that is what I don't understand. A quick search on the internet finds either Kibblewhite or Ferrea valves for around $160. They have gone on ebay for $99. Someone is making some money if they can be sold for $99. I'm in the wrong business I guess.

 

I think you and I must be talking about different valves. I'm talking the ss ones.
