I removed 40lbs from mine also...

 

I went on a diet. but the DS can lose some with TVI aluminum swing arm, TBR A-arms, RADmfg titanium rear axle. Alaba or CT pipe. 04 front engine mounts, remove air box, MRHP front hubs, change over to 520 chain, Fox new air shocks.

 

i'd like to know more about lighter shocks?

AL If I get the RAD Axle I think it is set up for 250R sprocket Hub. The wheel hubs are eather Honda or Yahama. Just ned to get a front sprocket from BMW F650. I will Know more when I call next week.

 

so the bmw runs 520 front sprockets? side winder said they can get 520 rear sprockets but the weight wasn't that much different.

 

You can get rear Heat-Treated Chromoly Steel Nickel Plated Laser Cut
sprocket in 37 to 43 tooth for the 250R
