I was thinking about getting some things for my 300ex. Should i get AC or DG? And why should i get that one? I also wanted to know what skid plates are necessery?

 

on my quads i only run dg thats just because i think it looks better,but ac is probably just as good.

 

I prefer AC stuff. Have had DG but never had any luck with it's fit or finish.

Yep, ive had both and AC is just better, their stuff bolts on Perfectly and is very durable

Check Armadillo, best fit available you might save a few bucks too. I think you can find it on eBay.

 

What skid plates should i get too? Do i need the swingarm, a arms, and whole chasis skid plates? Or can i just get away with certain ones?

 

Depends on what you're running over. You will have a factory swingarm skid plate, so you have some degree of protection there already. I would go with a full chassis skid plate next, then a good swingarm skid, then the a arm guards.

The chassis skid is nice because you'll keep your frame from getting wacked up. I have seen some ugly ones that weren't protected.

 

definatly go for the swing arm, full chasis, A arm guards are good to have but you dont need them. i need to get some skid plates soon. but go for AC i have some dg stuff but like they said they dont fit perfectly.
