Default Anyone with a big bore... and a lectron carb?

I'm still trying to get my DS just right but I'm having a serious issue with my carb.

When the motor is off, the thumb throttle effort is generally good. While it's running however it becomes harder to push and at times (from what I assume the suction/vaccum of the motor) it tends to stick or stay stuck. It kind of revs out on it's own for a bit.

Is there any way to get rid of this? This is becoming a hindrance especially if I want to drag race but this is kind of halting me from doing so.

I would check your cable (It is pinched or too tight)

I had the exact same problem. ITs is NOT a big bore issue. It is a dirty slide. I had mine poslished by mr HP and it went away I thoguth I had it clean but he buffed it and such and it was MUCH better, no issues at all now. I would SERIOUSLY clean the side and the path way for the slide.

same thing here. 400 grit on the side that faces the engine. then a little silicone spray. helped some.

A little stiffer spring, or the cheaper route stretch the stock spring a bit.
