I had this idea, that if i put a 300ex(34mm flatside) carb on my 230 it would be better than my 28mm p.o.s.
Has anyone already tried this??

 

have you tryed it yet and where are you geting the 285 kits

 

i used a 250r carb way better the stock 230 cabr is a p.o.s but to go wit the bigger carb u might wanna mod the bore if you get the big bore it would be perfect

 

isnt there a diffence between 2 stokes and 4 stokes carb

 

I just bought a suzuki LT230s quad, one of the ones that is kickstart only. It has an aluminium rear swingarm, and I am wondering if that is stock or not because I have seen pictures of some that are not. I would also like to get a little more horsepower out of the engine if that is possible, does anyone have any suggestions as to what works on them or where to get performance parts?
