I am going to build a 250r racer soon. And i got a prety big mod list. But i am wondering what you would use? Anything from engine kits to aarms?

 

Have you considered a stroker kit, say 330 cc? I love stroker motors. TORQUE CITY!

Take a look at my custom-built R. I built it from scratch, starting with a brand new crate engine I found in the local classifieds. Then buying each part one at a time. You can't win anything unless you have a good handling quad. So, get good handle bars and a steering stabilizer. then start with good shocks. if you have the money, go ahead and get +2 a-arms and an axle.

then do some little things like taking off your air box lid and doing away with your snorkel. getting better reeds and a good pipe.

remember, racing is 10% fourwheeler, and 90% rider. don't end up like a guy in know. he has spent well over $10,000 on his bike. has everything the pros have. i still beat him on my stock motor. it pisses him off everytime.
