Just wondering if anyone has a picture or schematic of the crankcase. I broke my balance gear 2 yrs ago. Ordered the parts from albaaction and saved their balance and clutch schematic. My question is on the balancer there are 6 springs and 3 little cylindrical bearings. I installed the bearings inside the springs and spaced them out evenly. Put everything back in order and it runs but I have some kind noise in the clutch basket area. I would like a little better picture or schematic so I can recheck everything I did. I wondering if I left a keeper that holds the clutch basket bearing in or something. And does anyone have a recomendation on where to buy a repair manual?

goto www.suzukipart.com they have online microfiche for all suzuki atvs. My LT was fine until I changed the clutch and then started making a rattling noise from the clutch basket, I had to replace the clutch basket because it had grooves worn in it from the ears of the clutch disk. Thats what was making the noise.

 

Well today I installed new clutches since I had some laying around and rechecked all my work. Well the noise is alot lot quieter. I didnt see anything I put in wrong place. I did notice after I tightened it all up the clutch basket outer flywheel has a small bit of play but I dont see any way to take that out. THanks for your reply.
